Choose your overall sign width

Your selected size refers to the overall width of the complete design, not the size of each individual letter.

Available widths:

The finished height will depend on your wording and selected font so that your design remains correctly proportioned.

Your approximate finished width and height will be confirmed on your digital design proof before production.

Choose your acrylic thickness

Our coloured acrylic business lettering is available in:

3 mm Standard
A lightweight, streamlined option that sits neatly against the wall and is ideal for most indoor business signage.

5 mm Premium
A thicker option that creates additional depth and a more substantial, premium appearance.

The thickness you choose does not change the overall dimensions of your design.

Choose your fixing method

You can choose between 3M adhesive backing or hidden wall standoffs, depending on the finish you would like.

3M adhesive backing

3M adhesive backing is applied to the reverse of each individual acrylic letter before dispatch.

This creates a clean, flush-mounted finish with no visible fixings.

Simply position the supplied template, remove the protective backing and carefully press each piece onto the wall.

For the best adhesion, your surface should be:

• Clean
• Completely dry
• Smooth
• Free from dust, grease and loose paint

3M adhesive may not be suitable for heavily textured, uneven, porous or unstable surfaces.

Hidden wall standoffs

Choose hidden wall standoffs if you would prefer your acrylic lettering to sit slightly away from the wall for a raised, floating effect.

The fixings are positioned behind the lettering so they are hidden from view once your sign has been installed.

Orders with wall standoffs will also include an additional drilling template to help position your fixings accurately.

The suitability of standoffs may depend on the size and shape of individual letters. If we identify any issue with your selected fixing method, we will contact you during the design stage.

Positioning template included

Every personalised acrylic business sign includes a precision-cut cardboard positioning template made specifically for your design.

The template helps you achieve the correct:

• Letter spacing
• Alignment
• Positioning
• Overall layout

This makes installing individual acrylic wall letters much easier while maintaining the layout shown on your approved design proof.

Digital design proof included

Once your order has been placed, we will create a digital proof showing your:

• Business name or wording
• Selected font
• Selected acrylic colour
• Chosen thickness
• Overall layout
• Chosen width
• Approximate finished dimensions

Your proof will be emailed to you for approval before your sign is manufactured.

Please check all spelling, dimensions, colour and layout carefully before approving your design.

Production will begin once your proof has been approved.

The most appropriate fixing method will depend on your installation surface, sign size and environment.

For outdoor installations, the longevity of adhesive fixing can vary depending on the surface and exposure to weather conditions. Hidden wall standoffs may be more appropriate for certain outdoor installations.

Made to order in our UK workshop

Every personalised acrylic business sign is individually designed and laser cut to order in our UK workshop.

Your sign will only enter production once you have approved your digital design proof.

Estimated production time: approximately 5 to 10 working days following design approval.

Send us your wording, your logo or your artwork and we will set it out for you. Nothing is cut until you have seen the proof and approved it.

If you need a size, finish or material we do not list, tell us what you have in mind and we will quote it.

Your letters with the adhesive backing already applied, and a precision cut positioning template made for your exact lettering so you can place it accurately.

Where your sign uses fixings rather than adhesive, a drilling template is included too.

We send a proof first. Once you have approved it, your sign is made and dispatched within 5 to 10 working days.
